Information is shared between brands and creators where needed for marketplace participation and collaboration. Chozea may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, payments, payouts, security, and support, subject to appropriate obligations.

Chozea may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a business transaction where lawful safeguards apply.

Payment and payout services may be provided by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment-card, banking, identity, verification, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy notices. Chozea receives transaction records and payout-account readiness or requirement status needed to operate platform workflows.

Chozea may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, preferences, security, and essential platform operation. Chozea may measure platform activity to understand reliability and improve the service. This policy does not name analytics vendors that are not currently confirmed.

Chozea retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the platform, preserve transaction and collaboration history, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Retention periods depend on the information and why it is held.

Chozea uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update available profile information and request help with access, correction, or deletion by contacting support@chozea.com. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or transaction-history purposes. Privacy rights vary by location.

Platform providers may process information in locations other than your own. Chozea will use appropriate safeguards where required. Updates to this policy will be reflected in the Last Updated date and communicated where legally required.
