• Account information, including name, email, role, authentication records, and account settings.
• Creator and brand profiles, campaign information, portfolios, applications, messages, deals, and accepted terms.
• Deliverables, version history, revision requests, approvals, cancellations, and support communications.
• Payment-related records and payout-account status. Full payment-card details are handled by payment processors such as Stripe; Chozea does not claim to store full card numbers.
• Device, browser, security, and platform activity information.
• AI interaction data where an AI-assisted feature is used, including prompts, supplied context, and generated suggestions.

• Provide authentication and operate the marketplace.
• Support matching, applications, messaging, campaigns, deals, projects, payments, and payouts.
• Protect users, detect fraud or abuse, maintain security, and resolve support or payment issues.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce platform policies.
• Maintain and improve Chozea's reliability, usability, and AI-assisted features.

Information is shared between brands and creators where needed for marketplace participation and collaboration. Chozea may share information with service providers that support hosting, authentication, communications, payments, payouts, security, and support, subject to appropriate obligations.

Chozea may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate fraud, or as part of a business transaction where lawful safeguards apply.

Payment and payout services may be provided by Stripe. Stripe may collect payment-card, banking, identity, verification, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy notices. Chozea receives transaction records and payout-account readiness or requirement status needed to operate platform workflows.

Chozea uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, essential platform operation, and for advertising and measurement. Chozea may measure platform activity to understand reliability and improve the service.

We use the Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), on chozea.com. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record actions such as page visits and account sign-ups, so we can measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who may be interested in Chozea. When you sign up, information you provide, such as your email address, may be securely hashed and shared with Meta to match these actions to Meta accounts (advanced matching). Meta processes this information under its own Data Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, opt out of interest-based ads at https://optout.aboutads.info, or block cookies in your browser.

Chozea retains information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the platform, preserve transaction and collaboration history, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. Retention periods depend on the information and why it is held.

Chozea uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can guarantee absolute security.

You may update available profile information and request help with access, correction, or deletion by contacting hello@chozea.com. Some records may be retained where needed for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, or transaction-history purposes. Privacy rights vary by location.

Our use of the Meta Pixel for advertising may be considered 'sharing' of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You have the right to opt out. Use the 'Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information' link at the bottom of our site, or email hello@chozea.com. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out.

Platform providers may process information in locations other than your own. Chozea will use appropriate safeguards where required. Updates to this policy will be reflected in the Last Updated date and communicated where legally required.
