Payment & Payout Policy

The brand agrees to the creator compensation shown in accepted deal terms. Chozea's current 10% brand platform fee is added according to current pricing, with third-party processing charges disclosed separately where applicable. The project must be funded before work begins.

Creators currently pay a 0% Chozea platform fee and keep 100% of their agreed creator compensation. Taxes, processor costs, bank fees, currency conversion, or legally required deductions may still apply.

• The deal is accepted and the project has been funded.
• The project requirements recorded in Chozea are satisfied.
• Required deliverables are approved and the project is complete.
• The payment is eligible for release.
• The creator's connected payout account is verified and eligible.

Payout timing depends on Stripe, bank processing, account verification, fraud or security review, legal requirements, and payment disputes. Chozea does not promise immediate payout or a specific arrival date.

If a payout fails or the payout account is incomplete, the payment remains in its accurate platform state while the issue is corrected. Creators may need to complete payment-processor verification.

Eligible funded projects may be refunded before work begins. Once work begins, there is no automatic refund; the matter moves to manual resolution. Released payments cannot be released again and are not eligible for the ordinary pre-work refund flow.

Chozea and its payment providers may review suspected fraud, unauthorized payments, chargebacks, account mismatches, or security concerns. Chozea may delay release where legally required or where a legitimate payment or security issue exists.

Stripe provides payment processing and connected payout-account services. Stripe may require identity, business, banking, or other verification directly. Chozea uses provider-reported payment and payout status and does not let users manually set those states or choose a different recipient in the browser.
