Accurate brand and campaign information
Brands must provide accurate identity, company, product, service, campaign, budget, timing, audience, and deliverable information. Products and services must be lawful, and campaign claims must be truthful and supportable.
Creator selection
Brands decide whom to review, shortlist, select, message, and invite into deal terms. Chozea's matching and AI-assisted tools are informational and do not promise creator suitability or campaign results.
Deal terms and funding
Brands must clearly set compensation, deliverables, deadlines, revisions, usage rights, licensing, posting requirements, raw footage, content length, platforms, and other obligations. Deal-specific terms govern the collaboration once accepted.
A project must be funded before work begins. Brands currently pay a 10% Chozea platform fee. Third-party payment processing charges may be disclosed separately where applicable.
Review, revisions, and approval
- Review submissions within a reasonable time.
- Request revisions clearly and within the accepted revision allowance.
- Do not require material work outside the accepted deal terms without updated terms.
- Approve only after reviewing the submitted version; Chozea does not approve deliverables automatically.
Usage rights and licensing
Brands may use creator content only as permitted by the accepted deal terms. Any transfer, license, duration, platform, territory, paid-media use, raw-footage access, or posting requirement must be stated in those terms. Rights not granted remain with the creator.
Advertising and creator treatment
Brands must not ask creators to make unlawful, deceptive, or misleading advertising claims. Brands must not harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or pressure creators to perform work beyond accepted terms.
Cancellations and refunds
Before work begins, eligible funded projects may be cancelled and refunded through Chozea's process. After work begins, there is no automatic refund and the issue moves to manual resolution. No outcome is promised.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
Brands must contact support@chozea.com or payments@chozea.com before initiating a payment dispute where possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks, payment reversal attempts, or circumvention may lead to restriction or termination. Legal rights relating to payment disputes remain available.
Suspension and termination
Chozea may restrict or terminate brand access for nonpayment, fraud, unsafe or unlawful campaigns, harassment, misleading claims, repeated policy breaches, or legal requirements. Existing accepted terms and transaction obligations remain applicable.
